I find that the short haul product is not in the same league as BA. Most planes have big business class seats in 2-2 layout with 4 rows only. I find the hot food is usually very good and I enjoy the satay service too. Oh and most planes have good IFE with in seat screens, even in economy!

Long haul, apart from A380, i'd agree they lag behind most carriers but most flights I take are 6-7 hours when a sloping J seat is all I need
as I tend to hit the booze and food! Oh and the pricing is fantastic!
