Usually a BA customer but turned to LH for a while. With strike was re routed with KLM. Thought it was going to "blow" - turned out well. Although flying on A330-200 (poor video screens and not enough bathrooms), service was very good as were meals. Unlike BA on the 9 hour flight where there is one hot meal and one very very light meal ie muffin and orange juice, KLM offered 2 hot meals, snack (ice cream and crips) and attentive drink service through the flight. I was actually quite impressed. I flew economy.
