It's bizarre because a YYC-LAS flight in January allows me to pre-select seats (also booked through Expedia). Seems AC isn't the only one with IT issues.

Shareholder - not sure about the cert...but since I haven't had status with any airline in a decade, it's not something I've been keeping up on.
