Had a JFK to LAX RUC clear on the day of. Was #2 of 3 for 4 seats. Was nice, especially since I was 3/3 for 0 seats on the LAX to JFK return

Upgraded at the window on a late night JFK to YYZ flight

Me + non status companion were upgraded on BOS to LGA flight at window

As a PM in NYC flying non hub routes, I'm in the 70-80% upgrade range, with C+ at near 100% (have chosen a few exit row aisles vs window C+ seats, but I don't refer it to it as an upgrade failure). Makes me a happy delta flyer, and one more willing to roll over 45k miles than push for diamond.
