Sorry, I actually didn't pull down the wiki that is already set up in that layover thread linked above.

And I see now that it contains airport transfer options.

So maybe the transfer links should be combined with the layover links into that one existing thread with the wiki, and then renamed accordingly to reflect what the merged thread contains?
