I've found 2 F seats on some ex-Europe flights on SQ. My plan is to book ZRH-SIN (or a different city if availability changes) in F, and JFK-FRA in any class.

If I book JFK-FRA in Y and ZRH-SIN in F by calling, will it price as a single JFK-SIN (Zone 13) F redemption with a $100 stopover fee? Or, since there's the FRA-ZRH airport change, will I not be able to book it as a single redemption?

If I manage to book it and at a later date availability opens up in J or F on the JFK-FRA flight, can I "claim" those seats since I'm on an F award? Do I have to cancel the whole thing and book it again? Any insight into the mechanics would be very helpful!
