Hello guys. I'm slightly better, and I was even given a voucher to a taxi back home. I wasn't on the mood of driving, nor to take the metro, train, and bus back home, in -17`C.
Anyway, I contacted the travel insurance as NWIFlyer told me, which were also in touch because they were paying the medical procedures. It is a pretty good service, which has, in the case of a relative of mine, chartered a BBJ to fly her from RTM to our hometown in TUC, with two refueling stops in TFS and SLZ. Unfortunately, she died few hours after arriving to TUC, and she was mostly unconscious during the trip.

So, now checking my emails (hospitals offers no USB plugs), they wrote me a few emails until they were able to reach the phone hot line from the clinic (amazing American Clinic in Moscow). I didn't ask of my tickets, which I had done in prior e-mails.
They say that they would change the tickets, or give me a full refund, if I would be flying back home, but they call them "internal flights" as I'm going to MUC and returning to DME. So, being an Argentine Premium Insurance, which I buy annually, they told me they can't do anything. I read (myself a barrister) the contract and it is estipulated what they say, but it doesn't say they can't change my flights during my stay here.
Four years ago, extremely similar situation, I was in a serious accident, completely unconscious in a Russian Public Hospital (it is better than you must expect, be sure to speak Russian and to feed yourself, as food was awful). I told them of my trips planned (something amazing like DME-KBP-EVN/TBS-KBP-SIP-DME, all in PS). They were able to get a full refund from Ukraine International even albeit I had been presented as a no-show passenger. Even PS sent me a short email wishing me a good recovery (that's why it was for long my favorite airline, albeit the BOB system which I hate).
So Expedia seems my last chance, calling them again.
Thanks guys for the good wishes, and for all the answers!
