I'm sure you'll all be as surprised as I was to learn that the irrepressible
Zac has emerged the winner of our little competition, with a winning margin of a mere 81 points. Just to prove his impeccable sources of information, he was also this week's highest scorer with the maximum possible 24 points.
The scrap for 2nd place was hard-fought, however with the aid of some lucky selections (and just a pinch of fairy dust) I managed to sneak in as runner-up, with
SilverTP hot on my heels while
Kremmen suffered from final-round jitters and slipped down to 4th. At the tail-end of the pack,
Oz made a late rally for last place by abstaining altogether from play, based on dubious rumours of rewards for coming last overall. Although he certainly maintained a stranglehold on last place among FT-ers, Oz was sadly pipped at the (last) post by 8,353 other low achievers...
Among the so-called 'experts', you may all be pleased to hear that Spike the Penguin emerged victorious with 582 points.
So, Ladies & Gentleman, Boys & Girls, we now ask you to sit back, relax and wait for your massive AirPoints windfalls to materialise! Meanwhile,
Oz will be passing around the boiled sweets...
