2hrs would be the absolute minimum from stepping out of your room at the Ritz to turning up on Dragon Island..

But your timing indicates 70 minutes between hotel and reaching gate (if e-gate, printed boarding pass and no luggage to check). I suggest that the OP leaves his hotel at 7:20 for a 9:20 departure That assumes he has checked the way from Ritz to AE the night before.
