Actually Sunrise is one of the cheapest airport duty free for cosmetics in Asia, but not for liquor. Cannot comment on the quality, as big brand outlet store can have different quality level verse counter.
Btw there is always discount coupon you can get for the Sunrise offering 5% extra off.
