Can I use spouse's diamond benefits when I made the reservation with my certificate?

Hi,

A quick question, I decided to use the free night certificate on Park Hyatt NY, however, I am not a diamond member. My spouse, who is a diamond member, will travel with me, and I am wondering if I put his name on the reservation, will we be able to use the diamond benefits?
