Whatever/whenever is truly "whatever" here. I called and asked if I could order a pizza to pick up from the on-site restaurant. They were confused, then transferred me, waited on hold for 5m, then it went to voicemail. That's quality service at a "4.5 star" hotel, indeed.

I'll probably complain to corporate about how bad this property is, aside from loudly encouraging everyone I know to avoid it and reviewing it accurately across tripadvisor/yelp/etc., not that it's really going to accomplish anything. I'm not a huge fan of the W brand (essentially aging pseudo-hipsterdom from 1999 which is on life support), but this place has actually made me dislike and distrust W hotels more.
