I was asked if I wanted points or breakfast at both the SLS and the W, so I'm assuming this was likely a front desk hiccup for rdlmitedu. I'm on a work trip, so I selected the points since I can expense breakfast. They also had computer issues at the middle kiosk when I was checking in (the manager interrupted my check-in to process that guest's keys).
