That old outdoor patio in T6 is now a pet exercise area surrounded by giant no smoking signs. For longest time it was the door was just locked. Doesn't bother me anymore since i quit smoking 5 years ago.
How recently did you see this? Last time I was in T6, it looked like it was blocked off for construction. I assumed they were trying to fit another retail spot there.
