I'm hoping someone can offer a suggestion how to convince AE that the flight we took was eligible and to give credit....

Flights
YYZ-EWR AC (S)
EWR-HKG UA Upgraded at time of booking from W to R
HKG-EWR UA Upgraded at time of booking from W to R
EWR-YYZ AC (W)

Granted I credited the flights to UA, the issue is with MrsQQ's credit. Both AC flights posted fine, but both UA flights posted as R and 0 AQM.

I believe the issue is that I used a GPU during the ticket purchase process so although segments 2/3 were originally W they never actually were ticketed as W and only as R.

How do I convince AE that the flights are indeed eligible and therefore should have AQM/RDM credited?
