From Ritz, it's a short walk thru Elements to AE. Perhaps 5-7 minutes.
From there you need to board the train (up to 10 minutes if you've just missed one) and travel to HKIA (22 minutes IIRC).. Call it :40 from leaving hotel.
If you have a HKID or E Passport thats approved for electronic machine, perhaps..
10 minutes for security and thru immigration (Much more without access to E machines).
Then 20 minutes to Dragon Island..
2hrs would be the absolute minimum from stepping out of your room at the Ritz to turning up on Dragon Island..
