I've a trip to Europe and will transit in LHR with BA for a 4 hrs layover. Is it possible for me to visit the lounge in T3 and how? Does it worth the effort? Cheers

Layman. At LHR, it is not easy to get into a terminal unless have a boarding pass for that terminal, and also the lounges are not supposed to admit people from other terminals. A small number of BA flights do depart from terminal 3, but the majority depart from terminal 5. If you tell us your destination we can advise you about which terminal you'll be in.
There are ways and means of getting into the wrong terminal, but it is not worth the effort.
