I think when you publish policies, T&C, etc... it does pass by a lawyer before it goes public, no? Disambiguate language, etc... Not sure, but I'm absolutely confident it will be tested on a legal basis.

The post about AIMS... I seem to recall mentioning AIMS a few weeks back, and it's merely a simple database. I'm glad they've learned how to join data for basic correlations, and I absolutely expect action be taken against forged travel credentials which I assume is common-sense criminal. But that doesn't change policy, rules, contract, etc... the tools should be sharp, but only to effect application of published T&C. Not to embolden lower ranks to make up policy on the fly.

Who knows... I'm not a judge.
