We do a week each December at the PH Saigon, I almost don't need to eat until dinner after the breakfast (which includes all kinds of local specialties). For my asian food preferences, this one is hard to beat.

But by far the best one in my book has been the PH Paris, I once did a week of FFN x2 rooms and our crew would sit there all morning enjoying the food, people and surroundings. That was the life!
