I wish someone who'd worked at a gay resort could share their experience with us. I have never worked at a gay resort.
But I have been in gay bars where heterosexuals entered, and proceeded to make out at the bar in front of everyone, for obviously no other purpose than to be provocative. On MORE than one occasion. I've also been in gay bars where heterosexual women get competitive for the attentions of the bar's more attractive men.
So, it wouldn't be such a leap of the imagination for me to envision a scenario in which heterosexuals couples check-in to the gay resort, and complain about nudity (which is a feature of several gay resorts in Florida and elsewhere -

), and perhaps even same-sex displays of affection, all while holding hands and doing their heterosexual thing.
Now, has that actually happened here? I don't know, but I'm inclined to believe something similar has happened. I don't believe most gays or lesbians favor discrimination in any form, except for compelling reasons.
