I've got a cabin crew assessment day coming up in a few weeks time and was wondering what the usual order of proceedings is on the day and roughly what to expect? Is it the same regardless what base you are applying for?

Arrive in WTS, presentation to the group of delegates about the Fleet/job, you get measured, group activities and 1-2-1 roleplay, then group whittled down. Successful candidates stay for the 2-2-1 interview, unsuccessful sent home. Previously everyone was interviewed as some people perform better in the interview, but due to high level of recruitment as a result of turnover, there isn't the manpower to do this now.
