Not really . . . although I suppose if your question is "could you find a middle for me that has two passengers flying together in the window/aisle" and they say "do you want 12B or 11D?" then they've revealed some amount of "personal" information you'll have when you're in that seat. (And imagine the awkwardness if it's some married man and a woman not his wife . . . )
