If your husband has not linked his SPG account to this MR account then you have no status with MR and should not expect any status benefits. If the accounts have been linked, then politely asking at check-in should get you on-site benefits but no night credit (unless you have a MR account).

Now some FDCs may not understand your situation fully and grant/deny benefits, but that will be more from a property prerogative and not a result of being a member of the MR program.
