Why does Capetown not have a Gautrain-like railway also connecting the airport ? CPT is even richer than JNB. Gautrain also stops at JNB OR Tambo.
I used the railway in CPT about 20 years ago and even then warned to be cautious.

As with health and education provision, the middle and upper classes eschew that the state provides. Corrupt leadership has left public transport, state schools and state hospitals in poor repair.
We live in hope for the current President to be deposed and honest leaders to follow.
