I flew Business Class on IB Express MAD - CPH - MAD and didn't even realize I got extra legroom! It looked to me like Iberia's typical A320 intra-Europe configuration 3 x 3, with the only difference between Business and Economy is that the middle seat is left open in Business.

although I know this is not the most reliable source.
If I did get extra legroom, I pity those in the back of the plane!!
