What do you do when you get "No puedes enviar los codigos de tu voucher!"?

I am pretty sure it is the voucher kind of bogus as I had no problem with the previous purchases.

I have decent Spanish skills but I just wonder whether e-mailing them is to any avail......or should I directly go for the refund from Amex? Any experience?
