Sure there are some airlines that can cook eggs on board but that still doesn't account for the fact that the FA knows how to cook eggs properly. I ordered eggs over easy on a CX flight in F and they were cooked over hard and even further than that! If I had known they had a fry pan I would have gladly joined them in galley and oversaw the prep of my eggs.

Over easy is an American term. I wouldn't expect an employee of an Asian airline to get it exactly right.
