I was completely astonished and he later confessed that he makes every effort to Google his business class customers before boarding commences so he can personalise his service to their work and interests - he admitted finding my web profile online complete with photo to confirm that he'd got the right person.

Apparently LinkedIn is where he obtains most of his info! Anyone else come across this guy, I wonder?
I would find that....a bit weird. And I think he has a bit too much time on his hands!
