Was waiting for a meeting in the Intercontinental coffee lounge when this privileged NGO type, with accompanying T-shirt proclaiming his usefulness, took off his sandals and put his feet up on the table. I wouldn't expect this at home let alone at a top international hotel. He seemed shocked that I dared berate him. Even when I was 25, I wouldn't do that, no matter what the place.
