I will applaud the CSR that I had talked to last week when applying the DSU. He warned me right off that I would get 2 emails. One with the regular rate for suite and then another with the correct rate after his manager approved it in the morning. While I was aware of this, it would definitely be useful to those who would freak out like the last poster stated.
Some manager manually reviews and approves all DSU reservations? Wow! It would be a horrible mess if one were confirmed and then later rejected, especially if the Diamond lost the regular room and/or rate in the meantime.
