I had a question about crediting Delta flights to AS. For some reason, I have rather difficult trouble between these two, and am starting strongly dislike Delta (which is why I am an AS loyalist I suppose).

Anyways, on a recent trip from DEN-DTW, I flew Delta, and input my AS FF # into the system. It showed on my boarding pass, which was on my phone. With that, the miles never credited. I am trying to submit a missing miles request, and need a BP. Is this a big deal, or can I send my receipt/confirmation and ask them to credit anyways? I checked and the ticket meets all requirements for earning on AS.

On a side note, I asked a Delta checkin staff member to add my AS FF # on my current trip. Instead of saying "AS XXXX..." it reads "AZ XXXX..." which correlates to Alitalia. Best yet is I have tried at every airport since my departure and no one can change it. Any tips on how to get these to credit in my AS account? If not, I loose my gold status which will be sad to see go, if anything just for the checked bags!
