I have no specific information but it's fairly obvious that a website-less hotel that isn't taking bookings is nowhere near ready to open. I can't even find this hotel on OTAs so no soft opening either. Colombia is notorious for hotels openings slipping. This Sheraton started off with a target of mid 2015, if not earlier...

The Hyatt Regency does appear to be opening shortly though.
