I've found that you can never rely on Chase's stated payment due date on the website prior to the first statement close. You will have to call in to find out the accurate statement due date, or closing date for that matter.
Called in and the Rep said my Stmnt closing date was Dec 9 (Applied & Approved today 11/27). Requested him to change it to Dec 20 and he was able to do it.
