Would they assist a widow (or other party) in identifying & recovering access to a RR account? I think that is the real question and how.
I, for one, need to make a list of usernames and passwords and place into a safe in case of a sudden demise.
I have full access to my spouses RR account and make all of our travel arrangements, including when and how to use points. I doubt I am unique or even exceptional. She could have full access to my account if she cared.
