Except that I am surprised that an entity is in de facto allowing the sharing of a username and password, usually a no-no in all things IT.
Would they assist a widow (or other party) in identifying & recovering access to a RR account? I think that is the real question and how.
I, for one, need to make a list of usernames and passwords and place into a safe in case of a sudden demise.
