No it is not; that is showing QF2 the whole way as a single segment or a connection between QF2 and QF10 and QF1 as a single segnemnt or QF1 plus QF10

What cannot be booked without a stopover is QF2 LHR-DXB and QF2 DXB-SYD ( and same rule with QF1, QF9 and QF10 )

maybe my post was slightly ambiguous. You can indeed change from 1 flight number to another in Dubai, but if wanting to travel on the same flight the whole way, it must be booked as a single segment
