Flying HKG-LAX-PHX in J tomorrow with a 3hr layover @ LAX.

I am AA EXP.

Will I have access to the Qantas First lounge while waiting for my LAX-PHX leg after arriving from HKG?

(I know I can "physically" get there with the new connector but I wasn't sure if Qantas will let me in since I'll be ARRIVING from an international flight)
