New toothbrush handout procedure in Club World (dirty airplanes)
Found this waiting for me next to my seat on my LAX-LHR flight yesterday, in Club World.

Also, choice of starters for the dinner meal was asparagus or tomato with mozzarella. Two vegetarian starters is a new thing for me.
