Given that round-trip Staralliance awards US-EU are 55K/130K for Y/J, should I be able to book the below?

MIA-ZRH-stopover-CPH in J for 65K
CPH-FRA-MIA in Y for 27.5K

Is this accurate or should it price at the highest level of service?

I keep getting shot down and the reps I've received so far put me on hold for 10 minutes and the price keeps adjusting but never below 130K.
