Your spouse and other traveling companions / family can check-in with you. They can also go thru premier security with you and board in BG2 (as a silver) with you. They do not need be on the same PNR.

Also, you can guest one traveling companion into E+ with you at check-in. It will require an agent to do this but calling works fine,

If on a separate PNR, they theoretically will not get your bag waiver (but some agents will do that for a spouse).
