The selection in the restaurant is slightly better (buffet selection) but the noise level was far too noisy for us and so we ate in the lounge the second day and just made do with the slightly limited selection here. I didn't order any extra cost items in the lounge, having been burned last time but did hear the staff explaining the extra costs to nearly every guest when they asked for any eggs other than scrambled...it does seem petty given the price of a room to get lounge access (and I assume most are not HHonors members) so not sure what the hotel benefits from upsetting guests about this.

I miss that granola. My favourite item on the buffet. Jamie's at Tower Bridge does a nice one too but the one at the Conrad is by far the best!
