Row 6 (the first economy row) is right at the one of the two doors they may use for boarding and, indeed, basically like sitting in the galley. Which may or may not be worth it for the legroom, depending on how much one is bothered by the trolley traffic. The window seats in these rows have narrower legroom because of the door, but they do have an actual window (unlike many emergency exit seats).
The last row of Business Plus (row 5) is also very close to the galley, but behind a curtain This is not the galley where they prepare the main meals, but there are a lot of trolleys coming from there (newspapers, drinks, etc.).
In economy I would probably recommend seats 8DH (aisle seats in the middle block of the bulkhead), unless one is very tall and wants legroom above everything else. In my case the reason is not so much avoiding the galley as the much higher likelihood of having an empty seat next to you.
