As previous poster pointed out, it's extremely easy to find. What's more, QANTAS has a very easy search function at the top of the page. Type in 'baggage allowance' and it pops up as the first link. Whilst I accept that this experience was your reality, I feel your assertions are unwarranted and you got your money back. As you have pointed out, QANTAS is a very easy airline to deal with and does not try to rip its customers off. I see this as a good news story
