After the initial reservation is made through Citi Prestige concierge, contact Hyatt reservations and add your name and GP number as the second guest in the reservation. At check out, tell the hotel that the points should go to you. Make sure the hotel bill shows your name and GP number before you settle the payment. Have done this several times.
