The ANA email is a case of bad translation/grammar. They're basically saying the same thing as Often1 posted.
They are two different airlines. I have been told that I will need to grab my bags and then check in at the counter afterwards. I suppose it won't make much of a difference but surely it will take at least 5 minutes - and when we're talking about a 1 hour 25 minute connection, and considering that those ANA buses run once every 20 minutes or so, those five minutes could make all the difference.. Or maybe it won't matter at all. Who knows.
