Does Expert Flyer show number of seats or are you guessing as it showed J9 C9? In which case you can't say for definite there are more than 9 seats.
This is UK POS - maybe different from France.

I can only see 2 seats available for booking (73 A&B) but having no experience of AF's seating policy, it doesn't mean much so I can't second guess what is actually available seating wise.
