Having just pulled a YUL-LAS return trip on the Rogue 321, I must say the flight is entirely livable up front. Food was acceptable, the IFE is as horrible on mainline, and the cabin crew was quite pleasant and attentive. What I have trouble believing is the new rules pertaining to flight passes re: the days you can fly without a supplement! They really want to try and sell me a pass (which is sold on its convenience and pricing), but then tell me "sorry, you can't use it on certain days without paying a surcharge", thus eliminating the convenience and price advantages! But, based on today's numbers, the suckers keep lining up so they are obviously doing something right.
You think that the seats on Rouge 321 are the same as the seats on AC321 in business?? I must have flown a different plane because they are not the same at all. The 763 seats were not as wide as a 321 and that was a terrible overseas flight and the ones that go south are not the same either. Food is the same I guess - chicken or beef - egg omlette with parsley etc
