Rouge is terrible. Even in the Premium Economy or "Premium Rouge". I try to avoid this at all times. Unfortunately the are going to all of the sunny destinations. AC's regular 321/320's business seats to Miami/Lauderdale were not great but Rouge is terrible. And they are charging the same price. They don't clean their planes as I have seen all kinds of garbage, food, tissues etc between the seats.
