I'm hoping a call to the general reservations line can get the number added to the bookings, and make the FP booking, and perhaps they can shed some light on the issue. I plan to call them later today when I have 30 minutes or so to spend on this.

But I'm assuming some sort of call to Aeroplan may be required to resolve this in the longer term, because looking at the personal information on her profile, everything looks fine.

I just hoped someone else had been through this and might know a way to fix it online or know exactly what to tell Aeroplan to get it fixed expeditiously.
