Secondly, while I don't have a suggestion since it sounds like you've done more than necessary to mitigate technical issues, might the concierge be an appropriate avenue to chase down whatever IT gremlins are in the way?
Also, not that you should have to do this, but if you think you'll burn through your FP credits fast enough, what happens if you purchase another FP? Again, I'm not suggesting any customer should have to do this to work around AC's issues, but it is a datapoint...
